- Scott Wurth is an Australian filmmaker who trained in the USA, graduating from the Art Centre College Of Design, Pasadena California with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
- A widely acclaimed still photographer, Wurth was named digital photographer for New South Wales at the Australian Institute of Professional Photography Awards (AIPP) in 1996. He also won a gold medal and was National runner-up in the Australian Portrait Photographer Of The Year.
- A newcomer to documentary film making, Wurth's first documentary Striking Metal (Tira Bakal) has garnished five awards and over 15 official selections. Panata, the 2nd documentary of the trilogy is currently drawing much controversy and critical acclaim. Cutud, the 3rd documentary rounds out the trilogy on the topic of Panata. It focuses on personal pledges that get tainted with fame, power and money which commercializes a sacred event and shows it's decay.
